Construction of a staircase vestibule in a block of flats

Implementation description:

• Type of development: Lightweight, glazed aluminium construction.

• Frame material: Anthracite-coloured aluminium profiles (probably RAL 7016), weather-resistant.

• Filling: Large glazing for daylight and a modern look.

• Doors: Single leaf, with door closer and handle, lockable.

• Roofing: Roof structure to match the geometry of the building, also glazed.

• Extras:

  • Drainage gutter at the door threshold,

  • Stainless steel barriers leading to the entrance - aesthetically pleasing and functional, suitable for people with limited mobility,

  • Additional handrails against the wall of the building.
